The 5th annual Country Rumble fundraiser was held on September 22, 2024, successfully bringing together community members to support Up and Running's mission. This year’s event featured a variety of activities, including our signature Run, Walk or Ride for Mental Health and live music.

Investing in our Volunteers
Recognizing that our volunteer program plays an integral part in the growth and development of our organization, we launched a new project, “Volunteers Matter''. This project serves to ensure that Up and Running Guelph will continue to meet the growing needs of our community now and into the future. Volunteers Matter is funded by the Government of Canada’s Community Services Recovery Fund.
