Walking & Running for Women
Our ten week long walking and running program is delivered four times a year in the spring, summer, fall, and winter. The aim of the program is to improve women’s mental health via green exercise. The sessions are open to anyone who identifies as a woman of any age and ability.

Walking & Running
In Spring 2024, we will be launching our first gender-inclusive walking and running programs. With the aim of improving mental health via green exercise, this six week pilot project will introduce the joy of movement to adults 18+. Open to all abilities.

Workplace Wellness
Our Workplace Wellness program replicates the activities and success of our walking and running for women program, but is catered to and delivered near the workplace. The aim is to improve workplace wellness and productivity via green exercise.
