Our community raised $15,420 at the 2026 Harvest Trail Mixer!

On September 19, we held our annual fall fundraiser, the Harvest Trail Mixer, at The Arboretum, University of Guelph. It was a wonderful day of movement, connection and community spirit, bringing people together to support positive mental health.

Participants of all ages and abilities joined us to walk or run for mental health, taking on the beautiful Arboretum trails with distances of 2.5 km, 5 km and 10 km. Our youngest participants got in on the fun with the 1 km Kids Fun Run, making it a great day for the whole family.

A special thank you goes to the local businesses, community partners and supporters who helped make this year's event possible. Your generosity and enthusiasm play such an important role in bringing our community together and supporting our mission.

We also want to recognize our incredible volunteers, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. From planning and preparation to welcoming participants and cheering everyone on, we couldn't have done it without you!

We're thrilled to announce that the 2026 Harvest Trail Mixer raised an amazing $15,420! These funds will help Up and Running Guelph continue offering accessible, supportive walking and running programs that promote mental well-being through movement in nature and connection with others.

The Harvest Trail Mixer was made possible by everyone who participated, volunteered, donated, sponsored or helped spread the word. Thank you for believing in what we do and helping us bring the benefits of movement, nature and community to more people in Guelph.

We can't wait to see you again next year! Until then, let's keep moving forward together for mental health!
