    Walking & Running for Women

    Our ten week long walking and running program is delivered four times a year in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. The aim of the program is to improve women’s mental health via green exercise.     Our Workplace Wellness program replicates the activities and success of our walking and running for women program, but is catered to and delivered near the workplace. The aim is to improve workplace wellness and productivity via green exercise.
