The Cause.
Up and Running is more than just a program, it is about resilience and support. Bands Together seeks to raise $5000 to invest in program expansion and increasing access to our programs. Research shows that by age 40, about 50% of the population will have or have had a mental illness, and are working hard to help fill the gap in services by setting an ambitious goal to double our program capacity by the end of 2024.
Through our walking and running programs, Up and Running creates opportunities for people to join a supportive community and enjoy the mood-boosting power of nature and physical activity.
