In 2017, I set a personal challenge: to run one kilometer every day for a year. That simple commitment sparked a lasting passion for movement, and I haven't looked back since. As an avid runner, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact that walking and running can have on mental well-being. I believe deeply in the power of small, consistent steps to build resilience, confidence, and community.
Throughout my career consulting on global engineering projects, I’ve seen that strong foundations are built step by step, that applied to both projects and personal health. My work has strengthened my belief that intentional action, no matter how small, creates meaningful change.
When I’m not running, I enjoy walking my dog on Guelph’s local trails and connecting with nature. I’m thrilled to be part of Up and Running and look forward to encouraging others in our community to take their first steps toward a brighter, stronger, and healthier life.
