The mission of Up and Running Guelph is what attracted me to the organization. I was looking for a way to contribute and give back and thought this group was a perfect fit for me as I’ve recently discovered the power and social connection of walking in nature. I’m honoured to be able to put my marketing and communication skills to work and help to grow this wonderful organization focusing on mental health and well-being.
